Taking self portraits with an 85mm at an f/2.8 with just a ten second timer is challenging, and quite a work out (yes, I am aware that I should probably get a wireless remote), but I got a lot of good shots today. It was stormy and rainy, an environment I work best in, but I managed to get out of there before it started pouring.

I love that damn tree trunk. I wouldn't be surprised if it's a portal into another world.

Indeed that tree trunk is weird, but it pales against your beauty. And I don't know what to believe first: tree trunk being a portal or your eyes hidding something beyond our world ?!

I got a remote with a wire and just throw it away after pressing the button so you can't see it in the picture, but I guess that's not the right way to take self portraits xD
However, great picture, the colors are simply amazing! How on earth do you get them to look so good? xD
