I may never again stick feathers on my face for the sake of art. It's hot, I don't have air conditioning, and I started getting gross and sweaty. All the hair I have doesn't help. Of course, I could just be saying that because I think the outcome was awesome, if I want to stroke my own ego.
Make up is L'Oreal HIP: High Intensity Pigments. I'd say the colors, but I'm too lazy to go upstairs and check.

I used the powder--I don't have any of the eyeshadow sticks. The color is just really vivid because I used chapstick as a base, so that the powder sticks on better. I also used chapstick to stick on the feathers. It was the only thing I had available that was sticky and was OK to use on skin.
