Renae and I had this shoot yesterday, our first since...jeeeez, September, I think. It was overcast and damp and cold (my best working environment, I'd say). After I saw this picture in my LCD display, I exclaimed an extremely loud, "Holy SHIT!" Because I was pretty sure I was staring into a faery mound, or something. The whole shoot was amazing and I have so many pictures I love, but this one was one of my favorites.

It's nice to take something like this after being so busy and feeling relatively uninspired. Many more later.

I really like the orange leaves and the tangle of branches behind her contrasting with the purple of the dress.
